Welcome Reception

In honour of Scotland’s Year of Food and Drink, and our own commitment to sustainable, local food production, the local organising committee are pleased to be putting on a ‘Local Food Fayre’ for the ESRS 2015 welcome reception (Tuesday 18th August, University of Aberdeen).  We have invited a number of local producers to provide their products in a village market-style event.  Delegates will have the opportunity to talk with the producers about their products, and consume a wide variety of Scottish produce.  Ample food and drink will be provided free to event delegates at each of the stalls.  Delegates will also have the option of purchasing additional products, if they wish to take these home with them.  We are excited about the variety of produce available – see below for the list of producers who have already signed up (and click on their logos for more information on each producer)!
